Our company was established in 2004 by our core team comprising of Mr. Don Zilbermintz and Mr. Yossi Aviv. Ever since our inception, our core business was new construction and development.

Mr. Aviv is a licensed general contractor in the state of California with over 20 years experince building custom homes. Mr. Aviv, overseas each project. His special skills in interior & exterior concept design, architectual planning, adaptation of smart home automation technologies, and green energy efficient, design helps adapting the latest in-style design for producing high-end luxury homes.

Mr. Zilbermintz is a licensed broker in the state of California with over 25 years of experience. Mr Zilbermintz is an expert liaison for adhering to planning zoning and local regulatory policies as well as oversee field operations.
